This document is a “Gun Trust Agreement”, aka a National Firearms Act Firearms Trust Agreement. This Trust is established for the lawful acquisition, possession, storage, use, and transfer of firearms regulated under the National Firearms Act (“NFA”). Its intent is to indicate the valid ownership and control of a variety of firearms.
Note that control under this Trust Agreement is strictly limited to the trust Grantor and authorized Trustee(s). NOTE: Several required ATF Forms are attached to this Trust Agreement as an Appendix. THERE MAY BE OTHER FEDERAL AND STATE FORMS REQUIRED TO BE ADDRESSED – AND THE TERMS OF THIS TRUST CANNOT BE READ TO SUPERSEDE APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS.
