Client Engagement Letter (Lawsuit) (5 Pages)
Unlike the generic generic Client Engagement Letter found elsewhere on this site which may cover numerous matters, this Client Engagement Letter is used by the author, a practicing attorney who specializes in employment/labor law, for those new clients for representation in a lawsuit. In order to avoid any misconceptions, it includes a description of the attorney's understanding of the client's expectations and some of the basic terms which the attorney customarily requires.
Please note that this Form is contained in the downloadable book entitled "Effectively Managing Your Practice" a link to which is located at the bottom of this page. Alternatively, select "Books To Download" on the homepage.
It is the course book for our CLE/MCLE program entitled "Effectively Managing Your Practice" which is on our sister CLE sites: www.NLFonline.com (online courses) and www.NLFcle.com (courses on CD and DVD).
